原理
低压导通测试:给需要测试的线缆施加一定电流,测量线缆端点处的电压值和电流值,由测试仪内部对测量结果使用欧姆定律进行换算,得出准确的电阻值。用此电阻值与用户设定的电阻值进行比较,判定是否符合用户的指标要求,并将判定结果以“通过”或“不通过”的明确信息形式显示在计算机上告之用户。
绝缘测试:在通过低压导通测试后,进行绝缘测试。绝缘测试时,测试仪对需要测试的线缆施加一定的高电压,其余的线缆将其接到地线上,测量线缆间的电流,如果电流超过用户设定的电流值,则认为线缆不合格。满足用户设定的电流值的情况下,测量出此时的绝缘电阻值。并将判定结果以“通过”或“不通过”的明确信息形式显示在计算机上告之用户。
耐压测试:对需要测试的线缆施加一定时间的高电压,测量线缆上的电流,如果实际电流超过用户设定的电流值,则认为线缆不合格。并将判定结果以“通过”或“不通过”的明确信息形式显示在计算机上告之用户。

principle
