车上的电气设备根据负载电流的大小选择所用电线的截面积。长时间工作的电气设备可选用电线实际载流量的60%；短时间工作的电气设备可用电线实际载流量的60%-100%。

2)电线色标的选择

为了便于识别和维修,电线束中的电线采用了不同的颜色。

为了在电路图中标注方便,导线的颜色均用字母表示,其代表的颜色在各线路图中均有附注。
