一、线束线路故障的原因分析
 
插接件接触不良,线缆之间发生短路、断路、搭铁等。原因主要有以下几方面。
 
1、自然因素。线束经过长时间在特殊环境的使用、催化,导致线缆老化、绝缘层破损和机械强度下降,从而产生电气线缆短路、断路和搭铁等故障,引起线缆或者电器件烧损。另外,经过长时间使用的端子发生氧化变形,引起接触故障,也能使电器件无法正常工作。
 
2、电器件故障。电器件由于长时间使用或者其他原因导致故障,可能引发汽车线束的短路或搭铁等故障。
 
3、人为因素。在进行线束安装或者检修时,由人为因素导致线束线缆绝缘层的破损,或者线束安装的位置错误,或者没有严格按照安装图进行接线,都可能导致汽车线束的损坏。另外,在对汽车线束故障进行检修时,没有按照线路图恢复,或者造成乱接、乱剪、糊弄的问题,都容易导致电器件和汽车线束发生故障。

1. Natural factors. After a long period of use and catalysis in special environment, the harness leads to cable aging, insulation layer damage and mechanical strength decline, resulting in short-circuit, circuit breakage and iron-tapping of electrical cables, causing cable or electrical components to burn. In addition, after long-term use of terminal oxidation deformation, resulting in contact failure, can also make electrical appliances can not work properly.
 
2. Electrical failure. Electrical appliances may cause faults such as short circuit of automobile wiring harness or tie-up due to long-term use or other reasons.
 
3. Human factors. When installing or repairing the harness, the damage of the insulation layer of the harness cable caused by human factors, or the incorrect location of the installation of the harness, or the failure to connect strictly according to the installation drawing, may lead to the damage of the automobile harness. In addition, failing to restore the wiring harness according to the circuit diagram or causing problems of random connection, random cutting and confusion in the repair of the wiring harness faults of automobiles can easily lead to faults of electrical appliances and wiring harnesses of automobiles.
