电子线束在运行的过程中，总会因为各种各样的原因而发生故障。常见的故障包括插接器接触不良、导线之间的短路、断路、搭铁等。

那么，电子线束故障产生的原因有哪些呢？

1、自然老化或损坏

线束使用时间超过了使用期限，线束的缘层开始慢慢裂开，机械强度开始下降，时间久了就容易导致电线与电线之间发生短路、断路、搭铁等故障。
The use time of the wire harness exceeds the duration of use. The insulation layer of the wire harness begins to crack slowly and the mechanical strength begins to decline. The fault of short circuit, circuit breakage and iron lap between the wire and the wire is easily caused by a long time.
2、电气设备发生故障

还有一种情况是因为电气设备超负荷运行、短路，从而导致线束产生故障。

3、线束端子氧化

当线束端子被完全氧化了，或者已经变形了，也会造成线束接触不良或者短路，从而让线束发生故障。

4、人为原因

比较后一个导致故障的原因是人为操作不当，比如线束安装位置不合理、线束与电气设备接线错误、维修时破坏了线束部件等。
